They have also taken on a responsibilty to communicate their processes to a general public, potential clients and cultural institutions, for example by means of videos. This medium is a tool to catch attention, convey a sense of transparency and, add a layer of seduction in order to convince, and eventually sell, what they have developed, mostly over years of extensive investigation and development.
